• At least 2 years relevant experience as a Chef de Partie.
• A desire to learn and develop your career as a Chef.
• A professional approach to culinary excellence, a focus on quality and creativity.
• The ability to self-organize and prioritize Tasks.
• A positive attitude and an exceptional work ethic, excellent communication skills
• Honest, punctual, and reliable.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• The ability to prepare and produce Food according to the Chefs' instruction, while bringing insight and an ability to help drive quality and innovation.
Must be available to work a mixture of day and evenings shifts including weekends.
