Your customer territory will be mainly based in Victoria, with most travelling within Melbourne and may require travel to other States. 

 

As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to sell our top-shelf, value-added flavours and colours portfolio to world-class customers. You will be an intricate part of the Food, Beverage and Pharma commercial management team, responsible for developing and delivering sales activities to food accounts, with focus on ice cream, beverages, savoury, bakery and Pharma categories.

 

You will be given ownership over your sales territory with the ability and expectation to manage and grow your business with existing clients and onboarding new ones. As a part of a dynamic team, you will have internal resources structured to support and ensure your success!


This exciting role will be 5 days per week onsite in our Melbourne office. 

 

What you will do:

have a strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts.

are savvy at selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience, ideally food/Pharma/Personal Care ingredients.

can navigate large accounts and partner with key decision makers for innovative new product development projects.

Understand Sensient offering of product solutions and services. Annual selling price review with customer, including price negotiation.

Ensure sustainable growth while maintaining customer satisfaction whilst keeping in line with company compliance.
