We are currently looking out for a Sales Executive for one of our clients, A Logistics company who primarily deal with freight forwarding, Warehousing Management and Distribution in UAE.
Responsibilities:
Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers including follow up on concerns or other issues.
Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.
Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Support carrier reps with the coordination of transportation freight in a cost-effective manner.
Document issues with orders thoroughly &track/trace shipments when requested.
Experience:
2-3 years of sales experience in logistics industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
