We're Hiring: Category Manager - Food & Fresh.
**Location:** Congo, Central Africa.
**About the Role:**
As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category business plans for our food and fresh category products. Your role will involve managing product assortment, pricing, promotion, and inventory to achieve our profit goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive category business plans.
- Manage product assortment, pricing, promotion, and shelf presentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category performance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendor partners.
- Monitor and assess category performance using various reports and scorecards.
- Understand and execute planogram.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in category manager, product management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A very good Excel knowledge.
